Orange Curry Pork Chops
A Delicious Entree!
Meaty boneless pork chops with our specialty process that makes pork taste delicious and less like pork, marinated and ready to cook in a skillet and then simmer with mandarin oranges and curry sauce. Serve with steamed brown rice or mash potatoes.
- Mandarin Oranges
- Brown Sugar
- Other spices
- Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen add 5-10min to cooking time. Do not microwave, or meat will become tough.
- Cooking Instructions: Spray large skillet with non-stick coating and heat over medium-high heat. Place contents of meat bag in skillet. Cook chops 5-7 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove chops from skillet and keep warm. Add contents of sauce bag to skillet and bring to a boil, stirring until sauce thickens. Reduce heat to medium. Add chops back to skillet and simmer 3-5 minutes or until chops are done (160F on instant read thermometer).
- Rice: Place rice in pan on stove top; add 2 cups of water (1 tablespoon butter for regular order). Cover and bring to boil then lower temperature to low and let it simmer for 5-7min.
