Baby Back Ribs Marinated in our secret dry rub recipe.

  1. Preparation: Thaw completely. If frozen or partially frozen, defrost in microwave before cooking.
  2. Cooking Instructions: Grill or Broiler: Preheat grill to medium heat, or preheat oven broiler. Remove plastic wrap and foil from ribs. If broiling, place ribs on baking sheet. Cook ribs 15 minutes on each side, turning occasionally, or until done (160F on instant read thermometer). Oven: Preheat oven to 350F. Remove plastic wrap and foil from ribs. Place ribs in oven proof pan, add 1 cup water, cover, and bake 1 hour or until internal temperature reads 160F on an instant read thermometer and ribs are tender. Cooking times may vary due to differences in ovens or grills. If desired, cover cooked ribs with favorite barbecue sauce.
